| 1 Kg of Groundnut paste | 2 Bitter Tomatoes |

| 5 Heads of Garlic | 1 Kg Rice |
| 2 Hot Peppers | ¼ Litre of Oil |
| 2 Sweet Potatoes | 13 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste |

Preparation: 1. Cube the meat or steak into large pieces, wash and place into a bowl. 2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the meat, and mix. 3. Wash and peel all the vegetables and the onions and set them aside in a bowl. 4. Cut the sweet potatoes and cassava in half 5. Finely cut the onions and pound them together with five cloves of garlic and one of the hot peppers. 6. Blend the groundnuts, groundnut paste and water in a bowl. 7. Heat 1/8 of a litre of oil in the pot. 8. Cook the meat in the heated oil until brown. 9. Add the pounded mixture of garlic, pepper and onions to the pot and stir. 10. Mix in 3 spoonfuls of tomato paste and stir until mixture is red. 11. Add 1 ½ litres of water to the pot 12. Add the cassava, bitter tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of salt, stir and let boil for 30 minutes. 13. After 30 minutes, add the remaining vegetables, stir and boil for and additional 15 minutes.
