| 1 full chicken | 1 clove of garlic |

¼ litre of oil |
1 pepper |
| 1 kg of onions |
1 turnip |

salt 2 carrots |
100 g of French beans |
| 1 clove of garlic | 2 tsps black pepper |
| 1 tin green olives | 1/4 litre of lime |

Preparation: 1. Cut the chicken into four pieces, wash it thoroughly and place in a bowl. 2. Marinate the chicken in 2 teaspoons of salt and lime over the chicken for five minutes. 3. Peel the onions, 10 pieces of garlic, carrots and the turnip. 4. Cube the onion, carrots, turnip and French beans. 5. Place the onions in a separate bowl. 6. Pound half of the pepper, along with the black pepper and the garlic. Mix the pounded mixture with the cubed onions and lime. |
